FIRST VISIT - MEETING - CONTACT

This first contact or the first visit is to get acquainted, analyze the enterprise and establish a plan for an assignment or for mentoring. It can require a few minutes or one or two days, (maybe more depending on the size or the complexity of your business).

This section covers how you should get in touch with us, information that we need and so on.

It also covers the agreement that usually covers relationship between consultant and client.

THE ASSIGNMENT

This section contains 5 sub-sections:
